Group Management
According to its guidelines and instructions, the Board of Directors has delegated day-to-day management to CEO Svein Mathisen. The CEO and under his leadership, other members of the management group, are responsible for collective business operations and day-to-day management. The CEO reports regularly to the Board of Directors on the Company's business operations, financial performance and other issues relevant to the company.
